Meet Joe

 After a life time of ignoring it, Joe conceded to the fact that it was time to heal in so many ways. Then in the autumn of 2012, needing a career change and a completely different lifestyle, he applied for the Massage & Bodywork program at the Center for Massage & Natural Health in Asheville NC. From there he was immersed in not only the environment to help people, which he’s so inclined, but was launched into his very strange and wonderful journey of self healing.

 Joe has training in: Myofascial Release, NMT (Neuromuscular Therapy), Thai Massage, Eslan, Craniosacral, Sports Massage and Reiki, to name a few. He LISTENS to your body's real-time needs to modify a session intentionally for you.

 Bodywork for Pain Relief is a private, locally owned Massage & Bodywork service relieving pain and creating happiness in the Asheville and greater WNC area since 2013.

 Joe is the father of two amazing daughters who he loves the most. One may bump into Joe wandering through the woods looking for fungus or out in the shed shredding, flawlessly, on his air guitar and building end tables. He hopes to have a dog one day soon.
